A new oil heating system ensures uniform temperature distribution along the entire length of the cylinder with the lowest possible energy consumption. Transmatic oil-heated drum systems consume 50% less energy than comparable machines.
The 6540 Sport has three different operating modes:
- Cut sheet of printed transfer paper is placed on the table with the design facing up. The cut fabric part (front, sleeve, collar, etc) is placed over the design. With the push of a button, the sheet is automatically fed into the machine. The part and paper exit the press beneath the belt conveyor. Here an air stripper bar is used to separate the paper form the printed part. The stripping device eliminates all possibilities for paper shifting causing “ghost” effect and you do not need to use sticky paper.
- Cut fabric details are placed over the printed paper. The transferred fabric pieces and paper exit the machine via a rear conveyor belt.
- Traditional continuous printing of both transfer paper and fabrics – roll to roll.
