V398 is a roll to roll, high speed, 3.2m wide format UV printer that builds a new standard for roll to roll UV inkjet output by perfectly combining the printing quality requirements of POP, and the high speed output requirements of indoor and outdoor large format billboards.

Vacuum table
The high-strength platen vacuum improves the stability of material control.

Printing on heat-sensitive materials
LED lights generate minimal heat, allowing you to print on heat-sensitive substrates such as thin films, self-adhesive films or stretched PVC materials. In addition, limited heat generation means very stable bi-directional calibration.

Automatic Height Adjustment
The fully automatic carriage lifting system and custom motors ensure precise positioning control of the entire platform, meeting the printing needs of different heights at any point.

High-quality white ink printing
Excellent white ink printing performance in single-layer and multi-layer printing modes.

LED curing with an easy-to-use design
JHF V398 is equipped with UV-protected glass to protect the operator and the environment.
Its UV LED lamps allow you to print on a wide portfolio of substrates and save energy and time without generating ozone.

Automatic print head protection system
The carriage is equipped with an anti-collision environment detector. When the sensor detects an obstacle on the vacuum table, the printer will stop the carriage in an emergency to prevent damage to the print head and also for the protection of the operator.

First-class ink supply system
The independent negative pressure ink system ensures stable ink supply to the print head. 5L ink tanks ensure stable and long-lasting ink supply.

Static stability
The plasma antistatic system improves stability when printing on electrostatic materials.

Linear Motor
The improved linear motor maintains high resolution, fast and stable printing.
